Terms Of Use

Text2Team is made for teams and organizations to keep in touch with their players, volunteers, staff or crew. By registering for and/or using the Text2Team services you agree that you have read, understand and accept these terms. If you have any questions about these terms of service, please contact support@text2team.com

Understanding Message Counts - Each recipient constitutes a message. If you send a message to a group of 100 individuals, that is 100 messages.

Message Plan Credits - Some plans have a certain number of message credits per month. Any unused credits roll-over to the next month. If the credits for the current month are exhausted, credits can be added or future month credits can be used. If it is the last month of the plan the package can be renewed. Renewing any plan is immediately effective and will change the renewal date. Message credits expire one year from the time they are made available for use.

Blind Marketing - You agree that you will not use the system to send messages to anyone who is not aware that they will be receiving messages from your organization. This is not a bulk text marketing solution. Any bulk marketing messages sent to numbers who are not affiliated with your organization is considered abuse and will result in your account being deactivated.

Inappropriate Use - You undertake that You will not use Text2Team for any illegal, immoral or improper purpose or in any manner which contravenes applicable laws and codes, regulatory requirements of the appropriate jurisdiction or Mobile Operator requirements as they exist and as they change over time and undertake not to allow any third party to do so.
